Since this sake is unfiltered and bottled right after pressing, it makes this sake incredibly fresh and rich in fruity flavour with a sweet aroma. The fruity aromas of melon, apple and passion fruit will leave you totally unprepared for explosion of flavour when you take the first sip.
This sake has been pasteurized only once (usually twice), and needs to be stored refrigerated to maintain the best condition.
