DASSAI Sparkling 45 720ml, 360ml

Unpasteurized, and naturally carbonated, this sake is slightly fruity and has a refreshing taste.

DASSAI Umeshu 23 720ml

This is Asahi Shuzo’s first venture into the world of umeshu. The sake used in the new umeshu is Dassai’s world-famous Junmai Daiginjo 23, steeped with ripe Nanko ume from Wakayama. This new release will be extremely limited in quantity, with 800 bottles available for this first run.
